Returns Items are eligible for returns if the following conditions exist: The item has been either misrepresented by us or it is listed as functional and it is not. The item must be returned to the auction location within 7 days of pickup to qualify for a refund unless expressed otherwise by Rosehill Online.
Please inspect your items as soon as possible. If there are any issues with the item that qualifies it for a refund (see above), then email us the details of the issue including the Invoice number and Lot# of the item.
We will get back to you as soon as possible confirming the return or possible discount, if that applies.
Items returned need to be authorized first by email before bringing back the item to the auction location.
Like curbside pickups, once arriving text us the invoice number and zone number along reference that it is a return.
Leave item outside the vehicle, or in vehicle with trunk or door open and we will come get it. No need to get out of the vehicle.
After inspection and verification of the issue for return we will process the refund to your registered credit card and email you a receipt.
Expect the funds to show up on your card in 5 - 10 business days.
