Due to the shortage of storage space in our warehouse and the risk of holding sold products long term we are changing our pick up policy effect April 26, 2022.
- Items won on the auction must be removed from Rosehill Online’s property in Burlington and Fort Erie within 7 days after the auction ends.
- Items can be stored longer with written permission from the auction at our discretion. If you require an extended pickup time please contact us by email as soon as possible.
- All items not picked up or granted extended storage time will be deemed abandoned by the auction after 14 days from the auction's close.
- In the case of invoices being requested for transfer from one location to another all items have 7 days AFTER the notification is emailed notifying the buyers items have arrived for pick up at their requested location. Otherwise these items will be considered abandoned.
- Abandoned items will be returned to Rosehill Online’s property with no refund offered. Refunds are not offered on abandoned items as this would enable bidders to not honour their bids due to buyers remorse or a change of mind.
